My name is Katy Ruark. My husband and I were both raised in the Yakima Valley and we LOVE it here! After graduating from Central Washington University, my husband and I decided to settle down and raise our 4 amazing kids here! I have 20+ years of personal reale estate investment experience and over 8 years as an agent helping others. My husband and I have flipped several homes and own and manage several rental properties, and I love using these experiences to help others realize their dream of owning their own home and/or investment property! I am committed to listening to the wants and needs of my clients, having prompt communication, and having their best interests at heart. I have a wealth of professional contacts including cleaners, contractors, inspectors, lenders, professional photographers, and a marketing team to serve you.
